Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
MAILING LIST
We do keep a mailing list. If you ask to be added to our list, or if you agree to be added by ticking the appropriate box when purchasing tickets etc., then know that our data is held securely on cloud storage. We use Mail Chimp as our primary Data Processor. Mail Chimp also operates in compliance with the GDPR 2018.
PURCHASING TICKETS
We use Ticketsource as our primary ticket-vendor. Occasionally we will use a particular venue’s in-house box office. If you have concerns, please refer to the separate privacy and data handling policies of the companies concerned, and/or email us directly using the email address phil@four-of-swords.com or sarah@four-of-swords.com.
